Committee for Ballarat is proud to have established Leadership & Western Region in 2005. It provides an annual experiential program for 30 emerging leaders drawn from all sectors of our community. The program encourages imaginative and informed thinking about the future of the region and provides a stimulus to develop a vision for the future.
