Setting our agenda through our Key Issues Process
Our agenda is 100% driven by our members. Our inclusive Key Issues Process allows all members to be stimulate and contribute to discussion and action about the region’s big-picture issues.
Conducted early each year, this process is how we set our strategic direction and our agenda for the following 12 months, including projects, programs and other initiatives.
Members benefit by having a direct line of communication to government decision makers at all levels. They can achieve outcomes by working as part of the Committee that they can’t achieve on their own.
