New food concepts and design are under the direction of Donatello Pietrantuono, the hotel’s Executive Chef using local produce to present friendly, tasty and uncomplicated dishes to both our restaurant patrons and function guests.
Landscaping of the lake-side garden to enhance the area for use by wedding, function and conference clientele.
