BGT manages the recruitment and training, administration and payroll processes for your apprentice or trainee.
BGT can provide an apprenticeship or traineeship solution for any industry and place the right apprentice or trainee into your business. BGT has a register of young people waiting for an apprenticeship or traineeship.
BGT provides a six-week Australian Apprenticeships Access Program – Metskills, which helps young people improve their workplace skills in production welding, steel fabrication, fitting and turning and panel beating.
BGT Training has industry specific training centers in Manufacturing and Retail and also provides services in Business, Hospitality, Community Services, Transport & Logistics and Training and Assessment.
