BEST Community Development is one of Australia’s fastest growing and most successful not-for-profit organisations.

Over the past 15 years the organisation has increased staff numbers from 5 to 155, annual turnover has grown from $300,000 to $13,000,000, and the organisation has moved from one set of portable buildings in Ballarat, to now operate from 20 sites, more than half of which are owned by BEST Community Development, which is debt free.

With a mission of “Enhancing Individuals and Enriching the Community”, BEST Community Development has an outstanding record of achievement in delivering employment services, education and training, youth programs, disability support, and a wide range of business and community services to the community in general and disadvantaged sectors of it in particular.
